Our Story

We’re a small family business and a team of husband and wife, blessed with a beautiful daughter. Living oceans apart from our families had us juggling multiple roles such as parenting on top of our full-time jobs. We quickly realised we needed to stay healthy, both physically and mentally, before we could care for our daughter (and each other).
In Asian cultures, bird’s nest has been enjoyed dating back thousands of years for its various health benefits. However, the traditional way of preparing bird’s nest is simply too time-consuming with hours of cleaning, picking and soaking. We believe that nourishing ourselves does not have to be tedious, and so we wanted to share with you our way of enjoying bird’s nest in just 30 minutes.
