Enjoy bird’s nest the way you prefer with our individually packed Yi Yan Ge’s Birds Nest sachets, as compared to commercially bottled versions which require refrigeration. The packaging is travel*-friendly as well! 

Optional: You may add rock sugar for taste and adjust the sweetness during preparation, or replace with sugar-free alternatives such as sweeteners or sugar alcohols (erythritol).

Preparing Yi Yan Ge Birdsnest is quick, convenient and easy in just 3 steps and as little as 30 minutes.

Option 1: Double Boiler

Step 1 - Prepare 120 ml to 150ml water in a double boiler
Step 2 - Add a sachet of Yi Yan Ge Birdsnest and other ingredients
Step 3 - Boil for 30 minutes and enjoy!

Option 2: Thermal Vacuum Flask

Step 1 - Fill 120ml to 150 hot boiling water (100 degree celsius) in a thermal vacuum sealed flask
Step 2 - Add a sachet of Yi Yan Ge Birdsnest and other ingredients into the vacuum flask and close lid securely
Step 3 - Leave overnight and start your day with bird’s nest in the morning
