Return & Refund Policy

1) When purchasing a product through our Site, you agree to the payment of the purchase price listed on the Site for the Product (the 'Purchase Price').

2) Payment of the Purchase Price may be made through Visa and Mastercard or Payment Gateway Provider such as Stripe, PayPal, Google Pay.

3) In purchasing a product through the Site, you warrant and represent that you agree to be bound by the applicable Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and other relevant legal documentation provided by the Payment Gateway Provider.

4) Yi Yan Ge Birdsnest is unable to accept return of product due to change of mind or mistakenly purchased.

5) Please inspect your product immediately upon receiving. If product is damaged when received, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

6) Please email your full name & photos of the damaged product to yiyangebirdsnestau@gmail.com for a full refund or replacement.

7) May request for the item to be returned before a refund is granted and return postage cost is borne by the customer. 

8) Items that are sent back to Yi Yan Ge Birdsnest without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.
