Shipping Policy

1) We ship with Sendle - Kindly note: Sendle does not deliver to PO Box and Australia Post Parcel Lockers 

2) Free shipping on all orders

3) Shipping time - Please allow 2 to 3 business days for Perth Delivery. Delivery to the Eastern states may take up to 10 business days. These timeframes are guidelines only and may vary. 

4) Orders are sent with the "Authority To Leave" option. Please look out for email notification from Sendle on tracking details. 

5) Unable to change shipping address after the order has been placed.

6) Wrong shipping address provided - Yi Yan Ge Birdsnest does not accept responsibility if:

a. Order was received by someone else due to incorrect shipping address

b. Order is lost in transit due to incorrect shipping address
